Self-Assessment Training

J-E-T-S has encouraged the use of technically accurate, value-added self-assessments for several years. Effective use of internal technical expertise can substantially enhance the value of the assessment to management. The problem recognized, particularly with new self-assessment programs, is the difficulty in providing useful and timely training to self-assessment personnel in the concepts and methods. In response to that need, J-E-T-S has developed Effective Self-Assessments.
