Self-Assessment Training

J-E-T-S has encouraged the use of technically accurate, value-added self-assessments for several years. Effective use of internal technical expertise can substantially enhance the value of the assessment to management. The problem recognized, particularly with new self-assessment programs, is the difficulty in providing useful and timely training to self-assessment personnel in the concepts and methods. In response to that need, J-E-T-S has developed Effective Self-Assessments. Using fundamentals similar to our Performance-Based Auditing & Surveillance and Leading Effective Assessments, this one-day program provides personnel with the tools they need to effectively conduct self-assessments.  Using workshops, discussion, and examples, the following topics are covered:

Class size: Should be limited to 15 or less; optimal class size is 6 to 9.

Cost: $4450 for the first program; $3950 for subsequent programs presented during the same week.
