Objective: Solid observation skills are critical to the success of Performance-Based Management and Assessment programs. Using classroom and video presentation methods, this program provides instruction on the concepts and techniques to improve problem identification, cause investigation, and observation reporting. This course provides realistic examples, do’s and don’ts, lessons learned, and pitfalls to avoid in conducting observations. As Yogi Berra said, "You can see a lot when you observe things!" The J-E-T-S program helps personnel know when to observe, what to look for, and how to document observations.
