Objective: Employee and quality concern programs are key aspects of a Safety Conscious Work Enviroment (SCWE) and present special challenges to ensure proper investigation and action, all while protecting the employee from reprisal or duress. J-E-T-S personnel have a broad base of experience in employee concern program development and investigation. Attendees are trained on the regulatory bases for Employee Concerns Programs and proven methods to manage and investigate concerns. This program is applicable to any organization subject to employee concern reporting or the whistleblower law, including OSHA, DOE, and NRC environments. This program imparts proper techniques and lessons learned through lecture, discussion, and workshop exercises.
